This 19th-century estate offers a look inside the lifestyle of the wealthy and powerful
of its day. Also known as "Clover Lawn", this mansion was the home of United States
Supreme Court Justice David Davis, mentor to Abraham Lincoln and the man who helped
Lincoln win the nomination for the Presidency. Davis served on the bench of the
U.S. Supreme Court from 1862- 1877. Judge Davis was a nationally prominent figure,
and the home and its Renaissance style furnishings, many of which are original,
reflect his stature. Outside, visitors will find more evidence of the Davis' prosperity
in the formal garden, original carriage barn, stable and woodhouse.

The activity pool features arched water jets, water sprays, a Polar Bear slide and
a water mushroom along the zero depth edge and six lanes for lap swimming in the

The drop slides offer a new thrill to riders by allowing them to free fall 2-4 feet
before coming into contact with the water. The existing 42' high, two flume
seamless waterslide remains part of the facility with turns, tunnels and drops to
excite both adults and children. No longer requiring a separate fee, the two slides
are 350 feet and 250 feet long.
